The diagnostic

What the diagnostic keeps

What is stored

Until you leave your details, nothing you type is kept on Turnrow's side: each turn is sent to answer it and not retained, apart from counters that limit how often and how long a session may talk, keyed by a random session id. When you leave your details, the conversation, your name, email and company, and a record of which version of the diagnostic answered are stored together.

What is emailed

Leaving your details sends two emails, both through Resend, the service Turnrow uses to send mail, which receives your name and email address in order to deliver them. Yours confirms the conversation and carries a link back to it; it holds no transcript and no readings. The one to Joshua R. Barron carries your name, email, company, the readings and the summary, and a link to the record, never the transcript, because email is the least secure surface any of this crosses. Nothing else is ever sent to you: no marketing, and no list to leave.

For how long

A submission is kept for ninety days, then deleted. If it becomes an engagement, the engagement's own retention applies from there.

Who reads it

Joshua R. Barron and Turnrow staff, in the client portal and in the email described above. Nobody else, and no third party beyond the services that run the diagnostic: Resend, which sends that mail, and, if you hold a time, Google Calendar, which receives your name and email for the invitation.

What you write is not used to train a model.

Before a call, Turnrow may look at your company's public web presence.

To have it deleted

Write from the address you left, and the submission is deleted: hello@turnrow.solutions
